Sure has been a long time.  I've been unusually busy for somebody who doesn't actually work!  I've had this neat idea for a building floating around my head this whole month, so I've been chugging along trying to model it out on the computers.  Its not likely to ever get built, sadly, but it at least keeps me sharp while I wait to get back to my career.  So here is the rundown:  86 floors, steel and concrete hybrid structure, 8 single deck elevators, 24 double deck elevators, underground parking, street level retail, 1.4 million sq ft offices, and a whole lot of sexy curves! It is still a work in progress, but I have put a sneak peak below for everybody to gander at.  Say hello to the Petal Tower!
